What to expect from EMS Training
EMS Training in Liverpool street with Wern Fitness is safe and fun and provides fantastic results. You will be guided through your session by one of our specialist trainers and we’ll be with you throughout the whole process to ensure you get the most out of your session.
You will be required to wear a special 100% cotton suit and special training vests that are sanitised after each use. Electrodes on the vests work through your suit and not directly on the skin. Clients can purchase their own suit if they prefer.
EMS is not painful but you will feel an unfamiliar sensation to start with. Once you are used to it, we can increase the intensity according to you. You will always be in control.
EMS does not do all the work for you and so you must exercise in order to experience the full benefits. Your trainer will tailor your session according to your personal circumstances and goals.
Sessions last 20 mins + time for set up and cool down so around 30-45 mins in total. Beginners only need to train once per week at first but we recommend at least twice per week for optimal results.
You should start to see and feel a difference in just 4-6 sessions! It can take longer depending on whether you require a drastic change in life style to accompany your training regime.
