What was your motivation to seek a personal trainer?
Initially, I sought to a Personal Trainer to help me get back into shape. As time progressed it became more about feeling good and eating healthy.

Following a healthy diet and consistency over the weekends.

I had talked to Wern 2 or 3 years ago. He offered me a free trial session and found that the team had a lot of knowledge. As they are based in Liverpool street, the location was also convenient.

The service that comes with the Personal Training. I never realised how useful the 24/7 food diary would be also. The system is very personalised and the team are super knowledgeable!
How has Wern Fitness helped you?
Wern fitness has allowed me to achieve my fitness goals. This has lead to being more alert at work and studying. Being in better shape, and feeling better about myself also makes me more confident.
What do you enjoy most about Wern Fitness?
Variability of exercises. You are only on the same program for 3-4 weeks. The continuos progression mixed with the personalisation has helped massively.
